US Agencies Underwriting, Sales & Trading
The Agencies team is an experienced group of professionals dedicated to servicing our clients' need for AAA rated government sponsored entity (GSE) or “agency” debt. Our clients include regional broker/dealers, institutional asset managers, and corporations. We specialize in underwriting new issues of the Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB), Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (“Freddie Mac” or FHLMC) and Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA).

Operating as a division of Hapoalim Securities, this group of "brokers' brokers" has been serving the needs of the market for approximately 30 years. Vilas & Hickey (V&H) provides critical trading and execution for proprietary dealers, regional broker/dealers, and retail brokers.
