The Structured Product and Brokered CD Underwriting and Distribution group assists independent banks in the critical function of raising deposits to manage their funding needs. In its first full year, our experienced team of professionals underwrote over $2 billion in bullet, callable and structured CDs for a wide range of banks.  Well-capitalized banks with assets in excess of $100 million are eligible for our program.  Each year thousands of banks from all 50 states participate in brokered CD programs. Hapoalim Securities maintains an excellent network of dealer relationships and can distribute deals of all sizes - from as small as $2 million, to as large as $200 Million.
